Embodied Intelligence Leads the Way in Hangzhou, AI Ignites the Future! The 2025 Zhejiang Robotics Summit Is Now Open
On the afternoon of December 20, the 2025 Zhejiang Robotics Industry Development Conference was successfully convened in Yuhang District, Hangzhou. Under the theme “Embodied Intelligence Leads the Way in Hangzhou, AI Ignites the Future,” the conference was jointly organized by the Zhejiang Robotics Industry Development Association in collaboration with the Zhejiang University Robotics Institute, the Robotics Branch of the China Electronics and Information Industry Federation, the Zhejiang Academy of Quality Science, and the People’s Government of Yuhang District, Hangzhou. The event aimed to pool industry expertise, discuss cutting-edge trends, showcase innovative achievements, and jointly promote the high-quality advancement of the robotics industry.
Attending the conference were Ji Junmin, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Standing Committee of the Hangzhou Municipal People’s Congress; Zhu Shiqiang, Vice Chair of the Development Committee of Zhejiang University and Dean of the Robotics Institute; Wen Bin, Vice President of the China Academy of Industrial Internet; Yang Jiangen, Deputy Secretary of the Yuhang District Party Committee and District Mayor; and Li Biqing, Executive Vice President of the Association. They were joined by over 300 participants, including heads of relevant provincial, municipal, and district departments; renowned experts and scholars in the robotics field; representatives of enterprises and financial institutions; and representatives of member units of the Association.
Hu Wenhai, President of Aitu Products, was invited to attend the conference and delivered a keynote speech. Against the backdrop of fashion industry trends and the current state of automation, he provided an in-depth analysis of several core challenges facing today's apparel manufacturing sector: difficulties in factory recruitment, cultural differences and management issues in global production capacity layout, as well as training hurdles due to high-quality requirements. In response to these pain points, Aitu is driving the industry’s transformation toward “reduced labor and unmanned operations” through AI and humanoid robotics technology.
Among these, embodied intelligent robots serve as a key pathway for practical implementation. Aitu innovatively integrates a dual-track control approach combining model-driven and learning-driven methods. Focusing on specific scenarios such as fabric layer separation, precise grasping, and placement, the company enables collaborative operations between robots and automated equipment.
