AI-Driven, Global Tour: Aitu Showcases Smart Manufacturing for Apparel’s Future
2025-12-05

Deepening its global footprint through an international exhibition tour, Aitu continues to expand its worldwide presence. From November 12 to 19, Aitu partnered with its local key partner VALUE to showcase at the Saudi Stitch & Tex International Textile and Sewing Machinery Exhibition in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, drawing significant attention with its cutting‑edge intelligent sewing system. The Ai10—the world’s first AI sewing machine displayed on site—served as an innovative example of automation, smart manufacturing, and digital transformation aligned with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, attracting visits and hands‑on experiences from representatives of government agencies, military factories, and large enterprises.

Subsequently, Aitu presented at the 31st Textile Asia exhibition in Pakistan from November 22 to 24, promoting intelligent upgrading in the local apparel manufacturing sector through AI technology. During the event, representatives from leading textile institutions and organizations, including the Pakistan Readymade Garments Technical Training Institute (PRGTTI), the Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturers Association (PHMA), and Nanyang Technological University (NTU) of Singapore, visited Aitu's booth for in‑depth exchanges and discussions.

Driven by Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, the country is committed to building a self-reliant industrial system, with the apparel and textile sector being one of the key focus areas. Industries such as uniform manufacturing, military apparel, and traditional robes (Thobe), which have long relied on foreign labor, are now undergoing digital transformation. The introduction of intelligent sewing equipment can significantly enhance production efficiency, reduce training costs, and contribute to building a more resilient local supply chain. The Ai10 provides Saudi factories with a comprehensive digital solution tailored to these evolving needs.

At the Pakistan exhibition, the Ai10 similarly became a focal point of attention, with its booth attracting continuous crowds and drawing numerous clients to stop and experience it firsthand. Visitors were highly impressed by the AI technology it incorporates, particularly two groundbreaking features: the "AI Vision System," which enhances production line efficiency through intelligent motion analysis and optimization, and the "AI-Driven Fully Digital Flexible Feeding Technology," enabling one-second rapid setup adjustments while ensuring consistent high-quality sewing output. These innovations not only demonstrate Aitu's leading expertise in intelligent sewing but also provide a practical technological pathway for the intelligent upgrading of the apparel manufacturing industry.

As Saudi Arabia further tightens visa policies for foreign workers from countries such as India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, local factories are widely facing challenges including labor shortages and rising training costs.

The AI Vision System integrated into the Ai10 can recognize standardized worker movements such as "pick, sew, and place" in real time and provide automatic error correction prompts. Several factory managers have noted that this technology holds revolutionary value for training new employees, reducing the learning period from the original three weeks to just a few days.

At the Pakistan exhibition, Aitu also garnered attention from academic circles. Representatives from institutions such as the Pakistan Readymade Garments Technical Training Institute (PRGTTI), the Pakistan Hosiery Manufacturers Association (PHMA), and Nanyang Technological University (NTU) of Singapore visited the booth to personally experience the AI technology.

Amid the twin waves of globalization and artificial intelligence, Aitu has emerged as a key force driving the intelligent transformation of the traditional apparel industry through its leading AI technology, supporting the sector in achieving leaps in value and industrial upgrading at this new stage. Moving forward, Aitu will continue to deepen the integration and application of AI technology across the entire smart manufacturing chain, providing robust support for the leapfrog development of the global apparel industry.
