China Garment Innovation Technology Institute and Hong Kong Garment Manufacturers Association Visit Aitu
On November 7th, a delegation from the China Garment Innovation Technology Institute, in collaboration with the Hong Kong Garment Manufacturers Association (HKGMA), visited Aitu Technology for an exchange tour. The gathering focused on exploring innovative AI-driven solutions for garment manufacturing, witnessing Aitu's vision of shaping the future of the sewing industry with intelligent technology.
During the event, guests had the opportunity to closely observe and personally experience Aitu's newly launched AI sewing machine, the Ai10, which garnered enthusiastic responses and unanimous acclaim. The Ai10 features two breakthrough technologies—theAI Vision System and the AI-Driven Fully Digital Flexible Feeding Technology—which became the center of attention, vividly demonstrating the efficiency and precision brought by AI empowering traditional manufacturing.
Wang Chunyuan, Senior Expert Advisor at Aitu, introduced the company's "Unmanned Production Line" project initiative. This program focuses on collaborative innovation tailored to the specific production scenarios of various garment factory types, aiming to address critical pain points such as quality and efficiency enhancement, rapid upskilling of employees, skill reduction, and labor-light operations. The proposed cutting-edge, practical solutions for specialized "unmanned production lines" resonated with the guests, who expressed interest in initiating joint innovation with Aitu.
Subsequently, the HKGMA delegation visited Aitu's Humanoid Robot Research Laboratory to observe the computational training scenarios of humanoid robots. The smooth demonstration process captivated the audience, with guests commending the robots' high level of intelligence and flexibility.
Dr. Zhou Dongxu, Business Director of the High-End Product Group's Robotics Product Line, provided a detailed overview of Aitu's current technological implementation and future research directions for humanoid robots. He stated that Aitu will leverage human-machine collaboration technology as the core engine driving transformation, contributing to the future of intelligent garment manufacturing.
